Hot and humid weather this week has prompted the city of Moraine to open a cooling center.
The Payne Recreation Center, 3800 Main St., will be available from 7 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
