While it will be another hot and steamy day, there will be occasional rounds of showers and storms, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.
Expect one round in the morning and another round of storms late in the day or evening. The storms could be intense with locally heavy rain and also the threat for strong winds.

Occasional storms will remain possible into Sunday although taper off with cooler, less humid conditions arriving to end the weekend.
Temperatures will top out near 90 degrees Saturday in-between storms with heat index values likely near 95 degrees.

Highs will cool back into the middle 80s Sunday and lower 80s Monday.
