Visitors are encouraged to wear pink as they spend an afternoon tasting a variety of rosé-style beverages, strolling the lawn of the historic Dayton site and listening to live music.

Dayton History, which is hosting the inaugural event with planning help from Heidelberg Distributing Co., released the list of food vendors for Rosé All DAYton. They are:
- Greek Street Food Truck: Greek Street Food Truck offers favorites such as gyros, spanakopita, souvlaki, and homemade Greek pastries;
- Harvest Mobile Cuisine: The final menu will be determined based on what is available from local farmers market. Specialties such as Lobster Poutine, Land and Sea BLT, Gobbler Sandwich, Harvest Fries and Burger are potential menu items;
- Twisted Taco: Shrimp tacos, Greek chicken tacos, Chicken & Arugula Quesadilla, Strawberry salad and a "Pink Taco," a crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla stuffed with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, and topped with caramel and powdered sugar;
- Sweet P's Handcrafted Ice Pops: Offers fruit-based ice pops handcrafted from fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, peppers and varying sweeteners such as cane sugar, honey, agave and maple syrup.
- Purely Sweet Bakery: Sweet and healthy treats.

“Rosé is fresh and new and trendy,” said Lauryn Bayliff, director of community development for Dayton History. And it’s also not just for wine. A rosé cider and rosé beer will be available at the event, as well as Michelob ULTRA that is dyed pink. Samples will cost $1 and full glasses will range from $5 to $7.

Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to take part in the summer picnic atmosphere.

Live music will be performed by local musician BJSR and singer-songwriter MAX.
Clash Dayton, a downtown boutique, will sell clothing from its lines, and Furst Florist and Ohio Henna by Lily will be among the vendors.

Proceeds from the event benefit Dayton History, a private, non-profit organization established to preserve, share, and celebrate the region’s history and the Oakwood Historical Society.
Tours of Patterson Homestead, a historic Federal-style home where generations of Pattersons were raised, including NCR founder John H. Patterson, will take place during the event.
“We’re excited about using Patterson Homestead for an outdoor festival,” Bayliff said. “It’s a really beautiful property with big trees, shade and flowers.”
