A local nursing home has a new landlord as part of a $103 million real estate sale.
Sabra Health Care REIT, a Maryland-based real estate investor, sold 20 Genesis Healthcare nursing home properties in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, including a location at 101 Mills Place in New Lebanon.
The sale was recorded Jan. 4.

Sabra did not disclose who bought the portfolio. The buyer is an LLC with the same address as Vcorp, a firm that helps companies set up LLCs.
The New Lebanon nursing home has 120 beds and its services include different levels of long term and short term care.
