The Berry Co., a producer of Yellow Pages directories and similar digital services, launched a partnership in 2012 with LocalVox and has been trialing its products suite in several key markets with “resounding success,” Cole said.
“In a company like Berry that is going through a transformation, we really try to keep our eye out for products, platforms, technology that fits into our strategic goals and LocalVox is a perfect fit for that,” Cole said.
LocalVox employees will become part of the Berry organization. Cole declined to disclose the number of workers at either company.
In August, Berry moved its headquarters to 3100 Research Blvd., after more than 50 years in Moraine. The Berry Co. serves about 130,000 advertising clients in 50 states.
TBC Holdings is a national company focused on online marketing and advertising products for small and mid-sized businesses.
“We will definitely expect to consider additional acquisition opportunities in the future should they present themselves,” Cole said.
