The off-price retailer is opening its second new area store in less that a year this fall, according to a statement. Burlington, formerly Burlington Coat Factory, plans to open 50 new stores this year. It is the 26th store in Ohio.

The nearly 37,000 square-foot store at 2720 Towne Drive in Beavercreek will have new arrivals daily at prices up to 60 percent less than other retailers, according to the statement.
