Customer service representatives will help residential customers with billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting and other areas. Qualified applicants need at least six months in customer service, the company said.
Outside sale representatives will be responsible for door-to-door cable, internet and phone sales to new customers. Representatives must be willing to travel and interact with customers on a face-to-face basis.
Average sales representatives earn up to $80,000 annually, Charter said.
