Dayton Homearama kicks off this week

Homearama Touring Edition kicks off this week, highlighting eight newly constructed homes throughout the Miami Valley.

The Home Builders Association of Dayton will kick off its 39th Homearama for the Dayton region, in partnership with sponsors Cox Media Group Ohio, Audio Etc., Kroger, Union Savings Bank, Key-Ads, JM Dungan Custom Homes and Peebles Homes.

The touring edition features builders like Catalyst Homes, Charles Simms Development (two locations), County Corp, Generations Construction, JM Dungan Custom Homes, Justin Doyle Homes and Peebles Homes. The scattered-site tour features homes of different sizes that fit different budgets and lifestyles, according to the Home Builders Association of Dayton. The houses range from a historic remodel priced at $85,000 to an estate home valued more than $1 million.
