Hartzell Air Movement names VP of operations

Hartzell Air Movement, a Piqua-based industrial ventilation company, has hired Neil Cordonnier as vice president of operations, company officials announced.

Cordonnier will be focused on operational improvements using Six Sigma, lean techniques and other processes, officials said.

Prior to joining Hartzell, Cordonnier served as president of Ernst Metal Technologies. He received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s in operations management from Kettering University.

Hartzell Air Movement is a maker of general and process ventilation equipment, from propeller fans to turbo pressure blowers. The company has been in business since 1875 and has manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Indiana and Singapore.
