Mahon started with HER Realtors in 2009 as executive vice president. In 2012, he expanded his responsibilities to general manager and broker of record.
Chylik joined HER Realtors in 2013 as vice president of marketing. In her new role as chief marketing officer, she will be a member of the executive team, officials said.
HER Realtors is a full-service real estate company with more than 1,200 associates and staff, servicing 60 offices throughout central Ohio, Dayton and Cincinnati.
