Updated flooring and appliances are the most recently made modifications to this three-bedroom, brick ranch in Huber Heights.

Listed for $161,900 by Real Estate II, the ranch at 7615 Rainview Court has about 1,340 square feet of living space. The house is located on a cul-de-sac within an established neighborhood. The property has an irregular lot with a fenced back yard and a two-car, attached garage.

Recent updates made at the end of 2019 or the beginning of this year include gray wood-laminate plank flooring throughout the main social areas, ceramic-tile flooring within the main full bathroom, a water softener in 2019 and a new washer and dryer in 2018 and 2020, respectively.
