The custom-built ranch located in Liberty Hill of the Stonehill Village subdivision of Beavercreek Twp. offers an open split floor plan plus a finished lower area.

Listed for $470,000 by Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, the brick-and-cedar home at 1467 Abbey Park Place, built in 2015, has about 3,390 square feet of living space.

Formal entry opens into a foyer with hardwood flooring that fills the entire main level social areas. A wood and wrought-iron railing accents the wide stairwell that descends into the lower level. An artwork nook is built into one wall of the foyer, and a coffered ceiling extends the length of the foyer.

Tucked to the left is a short hallway that leads to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The two bedrooms mirror each other in size and each has double-door closets. The bath has a tub/shower, tall vanity with single sink and ceramic tile flooring.
