Elevated slightly above its gently sloping front lawn, the brick ranch at 2171 Clearview Drive in Bellbrook sits somewhat recessed from the street. Its position on a half-acre, corner lot adds an increased measure of privacy to enjoy sitting on the covered front porch.
“There is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, so there is no through-traffic,” said Marti Shoenfelt, sales manager for the Tim Hall Team at RE/MAX Victory Real Estate.
The corner lot permits plenty of green space in the side and back yards for outdoor fun and entertaining.
Equal thought was given to the interior floor plan to create an easy flow through the gathering areas encompassing living room, breakfast room, kitchen and family room.

Various updates to the interior add comforts. Original hardwood flooring has been refinished in several areas, while flooring in the hall bath has been replaced. Vinyl plank flooring was added to the remodeled laundry room along with built-in cabinets, a counter for folding laundry, and a deep tub.
Recreation features are built into the back yard with a round fire pit edged in cut stone and a play set, which includes a sand box.
A new 48-gallon water heater was installed early in 2018. The furnace was replaced in 2013. A radon system is installed in the crawl space under the home.
