Final touches to the renovations were completed at the end of last year to this three-bedroom brick ranch in Huber Heights.

Listed for $120,000 by Galbreath Realtors, the ranch at 6127 Longford Road has about 1,080 square feet of living space. The property has a one-car, attached garage and a deep, fenced back yard with patio and storage shed.

Renovations began in 2009 with vinyl replacement windows throughout. All the windows have etched-glass details. The gas, forced-air furnace and central air conditioning were updated in 2010. Bathroom renovations began in 2014 with the main bath and then the guest bath in 2016.

Kitchen renovations started in 2015 and were finished with backsplash tiles last year. The final touches were the carpeting throughout the bedrooms, living room, dining room and hallway as well as wood plank flooring in the laundry room. When the flooring was updated, so was the wood trim.

Formal entry opens from the front door directly into the living room, which has a picture window. The etched glass adds elegance to the room. The dining room is open to the living room and has an updated light fixture. Patio doors from the dining room open to the rear, concrete patio.

Tucked off the dining room is the updated U-shaped kitchen with oak cabinetry and solid surface countertops. Appliances include a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen has ceramic-tile flooring and mosaic-glass tile backsplash.

Off the dining room is access to the one-car garage, which has room for a workbench and has attic access. Also off the dining room is the laundry area, which has wood-plank flooring.

A hallway from the living room leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front bedrooms have single bi-fold closets while the main bedroom at the rear has two bi-fold closets and access to a full bath.

The guest bath off the hallway has a tub/shower with glass doors, a bureau vanity with solid-surface sink, an updated toilet and ceramic-tile flooring.

The second bathroom is accessible from the main bedroom and the laundry area, completing a circular floor plan. The main bath has a step-in shower with glass door, a vanity with Corian counter and sink, and a triple-mirror medicine cabinet.
