Several extras were included in this split floor plan design ranch located within the Stoney Crest subdivision of Union.

Listed for $319,900 by Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, the stone-and-cedar home at 102 Erika Court has about 1,970 square feet of living space, plus a full, finished basement. The house sits on a cul-de-sac on a landscaped yard with a rear deck and hidden paver-brick patio. The community has common areas and parks surrounded by white vinyl fences.

Formal entry to the home opens from the covered front porch into a foyer hallway with wood flooring that fills the entrance, adjoining dining room, great room, kitchen, and breakfast room. The dining room is open from the entrance, has a chair rail, two tall windows with wood blinds, and is accessible to the kitchen.

At the center of the home is the great room with triple windows that look out over the rear deck. A coffered ceiling accents the great room. A peninsula counter with curved breakfast bar seating divides the great room from the kitchen and breakfast room. Along one wall of the breakfast room is a buffet counter with granite countertop and glass-pane hanging cabinetry. A door opens from the breakfast room out to the deck, which has a couple of steps down to the circular paver-brick patio, which is hidden by trees.

Back inside, the galley-style kitchen has granite countertops, a pantry closet and stainless-steel appliances, including double wall ovens, a gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A short hallway from the kitchen leads to a laundry room and the main bedroom.

The main bedroom has a tray ceiling and private bathroom, which features a soaking tub, tall double-sink vanity, ceramic-tile shower with glass doors and a walk-in closet.

Off the entrance hallway through an arched walkway is the hallway to the guest bedrooms, which mirror each other in size and double-door closets. The guest bath has a tub/shower and oversized vanity with single sink.

Spindles accent the open stairwell to the finished basement from the great room. The lighted stairwell ends within the recreation room with has a sitting nook and canister lighting. A bonus room or possible fourth bedroom is tucked off one corner. The room has an egress window and a walk-in closet. A third full bathroom has a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.

Unfinished space has the home’s mechanical systems, a central vacuum and storage.

Other features include an insulated two-car garage, sound system within the basement and outside deck, wiring for a generator and a security system.
