Several extras were included in this split floor plan design ranch located within the Stoney Crest subdivision of Union.

Listed for $319,900 by Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, the stone-and-cedar home at 102 Erika Court has about 1,970 square feet of living space, plus a full, finished basement.
