Partially finished lower level could add to living space

A split floor plan design rests over a full basement that could add to the living space of this stone-and-cedar ranch in the Millwood subdivision of Englewood.

Listed for $325,000 by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill, the ranch at 127 Deeter Drive has about 2,635 square feet of living space, including the finished space of the lower level.

The property has a picket fence surrounding the back yard, which has no rear neighbors. There is also a three-car garage with extra storage nook, a raised paver-brick patio off the covered rear porch, a storage shed and mature trees.

Formal entry opens into the foyer with oversized ceramic-tile flooring that continues into the kitchen and breakfast room. A secluded dining room to the right of the foyer has a tray ceiling with crown molding.

Straight off the foyer is the great room with a cathedral ceiling and a corner, gas fireplace with raised hearth and wood mantel. An open staircase has a landing with built-in display shelves below a large window and ends at the hallway of the lower level.
