Brick-wrapped 2-story has finished lower level

Georgian Colonial features accent the brick-wrapped facade of the traditional two-story home at 73 W. Waterbury Drive in Springboro.

Built in 2000 on a tree-lined lot in the Villages of Creekside community, this home has been enhanced with several recent updates.

“Most of the interior was repainted last month,” said Marti Shoenfelt, sales manager for the Tim Hall Team at RE/MAX Victory.

Shoenfelt said that new carpet was installed in the family room and on the staircase last month. The lower level of the home was finished in 2011, bringing total living space to nearly 3,300 square feet.

“It’s nicely finished and it’s definitely move-in ready,” Shoenfelt said.

The home is listed for $249,900.

Traditional hardwood flooring extends through the entry hall and into the guest bath, the breakfast area and the kitchen.

Neutral carpet covers the floor in the open dining and living rooms situated left and right of the entry.

The living room is a versatile space and can be used as an office.

A Williamsburg-styled brass chandelier centers the formal dining room, and tall windows are shaded with wide-slat blinds matching those at the living room windows.

Carpet and wall paint create a pleasing neutral décor for the recreation area on the lower level. There are above-ground windows and recessed ceiling lights in this open space, which accommodates a sitting/TV area and a game table area.

Ceramic tile covers the floor in the laundry room, where cabinets, counter and deep sink are installed.

Abundant storage space is available in a room that has two accesses to the dedicated area for the furnace and the water heater.

The oversized, two-car garage has finished walls and built-in cabinets above a work bench area.

Residents of the Villages of Creekside community may enjoy the swimming pool, a stocked fishing pond, a play area, walking trails and tennis courts.
