Listed for $39,900 by Fisher and Associates Realty, the vinyl-sided home at 710 Springfield St. in Dayton has about 1,470 square feet of living space. The house sits on an irregular corner with mature trees, and an extra lot is available for an additional price. The house appears narrow from curbside but is long toward the back of the property.
