Chipotle to offer children’s menu

DAYTON — Chipotle will offer a children’s menu starting Monday, Aug. 9, in Dayton area restaurants.

The Mexican grill restaurant, known for its large burritos, will offer smaller options for its younger customers. The new menu items also will cost less, as all go for less than $5.

As part of the launching of the new menu, Chipotle will be offering a free children’s meal every Sunday through Sept. 5 to parents who buy a regular meal (burrito, burrito bowl, salad, tacos) at an area Chipotle.

The new menu items include cheese and meat and cheese quesadillas, a single taco (instead of three tacos in a regular order) and a taco kit, in which children have the option of building their own taco. All four meals come with a bag of chips and a drink.
