C’est Tout annual goose dinner to honor late chef

OAKWOOD — C’est Tout, 2600 Far Hills Ave., will host its annual holiday goose dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 18-20. C’est Tout chef-owner Dominique Fortin said this year’s dinner is in memory of Dieter Krug, the former executive chef and co-owner of l’Auberge who collaborated with Fortin on this special menu in previous years, and who died this fall while visiting family in Germany.
