Date of inspection: June 27
Violations/comments: Facility did not have one employee with supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service with level two certification in food protection. Observed improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Wiping cloths were being stored in non-sanitized solution, corrected during inspection. Floor to the walk-in freezer has uplifted panels, making the entire freezer floor uneven. This needs to be repaired. Critical violation: observed working container of sanitization in back food prep area that was unlabeled, corrected during inspection.
