Observed gaskets in several coolers need to be replaced. Ensure equipment is in good repair for time and temperature. Replace gaskets.
Observed cooler and other non food contact surfaces with build up. Ensure areas are cleaned regularly.
Observed cove base needs to be placed underneath 3 compartment sink in seafood. Ensure floors and walls are smooth and easily cleanable.
Comments: Replace backflow prevention device in the meat room.
Adjust or install door sweeps on receiving door.
Sanitizer concentrations were satisfactory.
