Violations: Found the following items in need of repair: lights burnt out in restrooms, stained ceiling tiles in dining room, light burnt out by walkin, and cracked tile in front of walkin.
Found the following areas in need of cleaning: ceiling vent above 3 compartment sink.
Found mop drying in the mop sink.
Found chemicals stored above soda syrup shelf. Correcting chemicals have been shifted away from soda rack and shelf will be adjusted to provide a gap protecting drink products from contamination.
Found dumpster enclosure full of leaves and garbage.
Found plastic lexan pans wet nested.
Found utensils on make table with food contact ends up and handles down.
