Violations: Found kabobs @ 50F, sirloin @ 51.5F, steak kabobs @ 61F, strip steak 51F, raw chicken @ 50F. All items were discarded.
Comments: Investigation to food complaint where customer became sick after eating Roadkill and Chili. Reviewed handwashing procedures and illness reporting policies with PIC. No employees have reported being ill within the past week. A standard inspection was done at the same time. The following violations were identified at the time of inspection.
