Is Panera Bread’s service too slow?

Panera Bread’s CEO acknowledged last week that the chain of bakery-cafes need to improve its customer service, especially the speed in which it gets diners through the ordering line.

The story seems to be a bit harsh on Panera. Restaurants that have trouble keeping the line moving at peak times because so many people are in that line — THAT’s a problem many other restaurants would love to have.
