Granger Smith had to share the news that him and his wife lost their youngest son, River, during a tragic drowning accident at home. Our hearts break for their family. Granger Smith had asked that, in lieu of flowers, that friends, family and fans donate to the
Dell Children’s Medical Center. That is the hospital that cared for their son River during his last few moments. Now, they are continuing to try and raise money for the medical center through a “River Smith Tribute Shirt.”
