This free event will be held in downtown Fairborn on July 13 and will feature nine local bands battling it out on stage. Judges will vote to determine the three winning bands based on performance, songwriting, audience reaction and overall energy. These winning bands will each win $2,500 and an automatic entry to perform at the Festival of Flight on Oct. 5 at Wright State University.

In addition to the live local music, food trucks will line Main Street and a beer garden will serve both craft and domestic brews.
