The Festival of the Vine wine-tasting event, featuring Dayton-area food trucks and live music, is coming to Fraze Pavilion in Kettering on Saturday, Aug. 11.
The “Fine Wine & Cool Jazz” event will be held from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday in Lincoln Park Commons adjacent to the Fraze. Admission is free, and wine samples will be available for purchase.
Food vendors will include El Meson, 1776 Grill, Pita Pocket, Pit to Plate and Greek Street, according to Karen Durham, general manager of Fraze Pavilion. Live music will be provided by the Erik Augis Band (3 p.m.), Fo/Mo/Deep (5:30 p.m.) and the Mike Wade Band (8 p.m.).
Pets and coolers are not allowed, but attendees may bring their own lawn chairs.
All bands will play on a stage set up in Lincoln Park.
