Earth Day Trashenger Hunt:This year marks the 4th anniversary of the event. Residents will help clean up Historic South Park at Blommel Park. Gloves, bags, T-shirts and scavenger hunt lists will be provided. Children will win a prize if they find all the trash items listed, and for making South Park the cleanest. There will be prizes for adults, too. Afterwards, the group will head to South Park Tavern for free pizza and pop.

Drive Electric Earth Day: Learn about electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles from their owners. Many of the cars will be available for a free test drive or ride. This Drive Electric Dayton ride and drive event will be located at the stadium on Schantz Avenue behind the high school and will go on rain or shine.

Raptor Center 5K - 10K and Earth Day Baby Shower: Help the Raptor Center in Yellow Springs prepare for their influx of baby birds. Avian ambassadors will share information about the soon to be birdies. You can foster a baby bird, and also donate a gift form the wishlist. Registration is required. There will also be a 5K-10K run through the Glen.
