>> Your 2018 guide to Halloween events for kids in Dayton
No purchase is necessary. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the restaurant asks that an adult be present for every two or three children. It is not a drop-off event, the pizza shop's owners said on its web site. Those 11 and older can dine at the buffet for $5 with water (tax included) or $7 with a fountain drink (tax included). The offer is not good on carry-out or delivery orders and cannot be combined with other offers.

The first 350 children will receive a goodie bag courtesy of Sanderson Insurance Agency with freebies from local merchants, such as a certificate for a free pizza from Beavercreek Pizza Dive and items or offers from the insurance agency, 24-7 Gym and Fitness, Central Carpet & Interiors, Primrose School of Beavercreek, Greene County Public Library, and McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning.
Beavercreek Pizza Dive co-owner Teresa Howard Geraci said the pizza shop has been hosting a kids-eat-free event for eight years, and it has grown in recent years as neighboring merchants have collaborated.
