You don't have to run, walk or crawl to the Air Force Marathon this weekend to help celebrate after the fact.

Beer Fest!, the Air Force Marathon after party, will take place this weekend from 5-10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Greene's Town Square.

Live music, kids activities, a skydiver (weather permitting), food and, of course, beer will all be part of the celebration.

"We have live music featuring the Reaganomics — they are a fun band — the OSU games, kids activities, burgers from EO Burgers," said Amy Zahora, executive director of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association (MVRA), who is coordinating the event.

"There is literally something for the whole family. And if you do not want to partake in Beer Fest, we do have a beer garden available with cold Bud Light, Mich Ultra, White Claw, Goose Island, and water," Zahora said. "This is one of my favorite events."
