FDA discusses safety of breast implants

The Food and Drug Administration has wrapped up a two-day meeting on the safety of silicone breast implants.

A special panel discussed how the agency can better track the safety and effectiveness of implants.

The committee is also considering ways to encourage more women to get MRI's to check and make sure that implants are still intact.
