It’s time to license cats, too

As a loyal dog owner, I do everything I can to keep my dogs safe. A fence secures my yard. I take my dogs to be groomed at least every six weeks, and I also have them immunized. I pay the fee to license my dogs as mandated by my county. I don’t even have a problem with the fact that the fee for a license will increase to $20 per dog. I am willing to pay the increased fee to know if lost, my dogs will be able to be tracked through their licenses and returned to me.

Most of my neighbors have cats, some of which run loose in the community. More often than not, while working in my flower beds, I have come across evidence that I have been visited by my neighbors’ cats.
