United Way’s Volunteer Connection

Boys and Girls Club Dayton is seeking male volunteers to be role models for young men attending the center. Volunteers will serve as mentors, tutors and strong figures for young males to provide positive interaction. To apply, interested men will complete a volunteer application and a background check provided by the Boys and Girls Club of Dayton. Orientation will also be provided by the center. United Way of the Greater Dayton Area is looking for volunteers for United Way's 2014 Day of Action being held on Friday, June 20, in Montgomery, Greene and Preble counties. United Way's Day of Action is an annual day of volunteerism mobilizing hundreds of local volunteers to complete community service projects that address our impact areas of education, financial stability and health. Please join us in celebrating United Way's 100 year Anniversary of providing services and support to the Greater Dayton Area. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.
