Volunteer opportunities

Dayton, Ohio Habitat for Humanity is seeking volunteers for our family-advocate role. Key responsibilities include stewarding relationships with families, helping to educate the families on home ownership, mortgages, and social services, also to support the family emotionally and spiritually. United Way of the Greater Dayton Area is seeking a receptionist. United Way of the Greater Dayton Area has the perfect opportunity for you to network by being an administrative receptionist. Duties include, but not limited to, providing phone coverage for main lobby, greet all visitors, maintain log book of incoming visitors and provide clear directions to locations. Training will be provided. High school diploma and three years of receptionist experience is a plus.
