A 48-year-old Centerville man was indicted in a child pornography case.

Chad McCoy was issued a court summons for his Dec. 31 arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to court documents.

McCoy was indicted Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury. He is not in custody.
