Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies found evidence of a shooting Thursday evening in Harrison Twp., but there was no sign of the suspect or victim.

Shortly after deputies were dispatched around 6 p.m. to the area near Wasserstrom Restaurant Supply SuperStore, 1949 Needmore Road, on a report of shots fired, a person arrived at Miami Valley Hospital with a gunshot wound to his wrist, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office said the shooting is under investigation.
