OSHP said that at around 1:30 a.m., a single vehicle lost control and went off the left side of the highway, striking the concrete median on I-75 North directly over Route 122.
The vehicle flipped over and landed in the left lane of the highway, trapping the occupants, a man and a woman, inside.
After emergency crews were able to get the two out of the vehicle, they were taken to nearby Atrium Medical Center.
Injuries were not life-threatening, OSHP said, adding that it is possible that the two had broken bones, and had sustained other minor injuries.
OSHP said the driver was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Crews from the OSHP and Middletown both responded to the scene.
