Power restored to most after strong storms roll through

Storms knocked out power to thousands of customers, with Greene County taking the biggest hit for the second time as rounds of strong storms rolled through the region.

More than 7,300 outages were reported across the region around 6 p.m., including more than 3,200 in Greene County.

Earlier storms left more than 2,500 customers in Greene County without power, but service was restored to almost all by 3 p.m., according to the AES Ohio online outage map.
