A woman was injured Wednesday night when she was hit by a vehicle, then run over in Dayton.

Crews were called just before 6 p.m. to the 2400 block of North Main Street on a report of a 30-year-old woman who was struck.

The woman was alert and suffered a head injury and blood loss, according to reports from the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.

The woman was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where her condition is not known.
