Since late 2014, nursing homes in Ohio have been required to alert residents if a registered sex offender is moving in. They also are required to create care plans to ensure a safe environment for all.

Prior to that, hundreds of sex offenders had been living in Ohio nursing homes unknown to other residents.

The I-Team wants to check up on this law.
