Argument over cigarette ends in arrest

TROTWOOD – An argument over a cigarette concluded with a male being arrested and taken to the Montgomery County jail, where he may have been able to bum a butt from one of the residents.

Originally, a female was driving the car, which she owned, but the argument over the cigarette became so intense, she pulled over on Westbrooke Road and told him to get out.
