Police said Bailey was the babysitter of a 3-year-old boy who was found wandering outside in the cold April 16, unsupervised, in the 1800 block of Pinecrest Drive home in Dayton.

In addition to drug charges, Dayton police also initially arrested her for misdemeanor child endangering, but there was no information available on that charge through online Dayton Municipal Court records.
