A 20-year-old woman and three teens, all from Dayton, are in custody in connection to two cellphone store break-ins in Sidney early this morning followed by a pursuit that ended in a crash.

Rikki E. Nooks is in the Shelby County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond pending her arraignment Monday in Sidney Municipal Court. The three juvenile boys are in the West Central Juvenile Detention Center. They will appear at a later date in Shelby County Juvenile Court, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.

The four were in a car being pursued that crashed around 3:30 a.m. on state Route 705 at Patterson Halpin Road. All four ran from the vehicle. They eventually were captured after an extensive search in the area, deputies said.

An Ohio CCW holder held the last suspect, a juvenile, at gunpoint at his grandmother’s house. The boy was taken into custody around 9:30 a.m. after he arrived at the woman’s home and asked to use her phone to call for a ride, authorities said.
