Today, Judge Jonathan Hein granted Webber early release.
Webber will be placed on supervised probation for five years and will have to serve 150 hours of community service. If he violates the rules of his release, he will be sent back to prison to serve the remainder of his sentence.
His wife, Lauren Jones, served 90 days for one count of endangering children, a felony of the third degree.
The couple’s daughter was found dead in her crib, tangled in a scarf used as a blanket in February 2013. The autopsy revealed she died of asphyxiation and she had been given ZzzQuil, which is not intended for children under 12 years old.
