Dayton man accused of raping 2 children, offering to pay

An arrest warrant was issued today for a Dayton man charged in a child rape case.

Danny L. Moore Jr., 36, was indicted today for rape of a child younger than 13; gross sexual imposition involving a child younger than 13; soliciting; and six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Moore’s accusers are both known to Moore, who county prosecutors said offered money in exchange for sexual acts. The Dayton case spans from Jan. 11, 2012, to Aug. 15, 2015, authorities said.
