Dog complaint divide neighbors

HUBER HEIGHTS – One side complained about the other not containing its dogs. The counter-claim was the complainer was feeding stray cats, over-populating the neighborhood in the 6800 block of Stonehurst Drive.

At the center of the issue was a small white dog – one of four – that seemed to nip at human feet, and that all four dogs were always running loose.

The dogs’ owner said there is an invisible fence, but it isn’t working, since the neighbor runs over the line with his lawnmower, disrupting service.

A written warning was issued to the person with the dogs, who then said the complainer was feeding stray cats, keeping them at large. The caller denied feeding any cats.
