Montgomery County Prosecutor’s spokesman Greg Flannagan said Thursday that one count of felonious assault causing serious physical harm, a second-degree felony, has been filed in Montgomery County juvenile court against the 17-year-old.
Flannagan said the charges were just filed in the past few days, and no court date has been set for his next appearance.
