The argument began at about 12:30 a.m. when the husband asked the wife to spank their eldest daughter for an undisclosed reason and she refused.
He then taunted her, saying he was going to sleep around, and accused her of cheating on him.
Violence was kept to the clothing. The man said he wasn’t in the shirt when it was cut, but put it on anyway, apparently trying to develop a new look.
Another female picked him up from the restaurant. The wife was advised to call police again if he returned.
