2 indicted in October robbery of Target in Miamisburg

An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for one of two men charged in the October robbery of a Target store in Miamisburg.

Tyler Roy Demetris Gray, 20, of Dayton is wanted after he was indicted for robbery, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report. He also faces resisting arrest and criminal damaging.

Gray and Avant Charles Lee, 19, of Kettering, who also was indicted for robbery, are accused in the Oct. 28 robbery at the store at 2300 Miamisburg Centerville Road in Miamisburg.

Neither are in jail.

Lee was issued a summons to appear Dec. 19 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
